Salon Policies

Covid ​​

*Clients to wash hands on arrival.

*Clean equipment and station area between every client.

*Wear a mask at the request of the client.

*Don't come to work or an appointment with a fever.

*If you have a cold or allergies you must wear a mask.

*Have clients maintain a 6-foot distance.

*Do not service a sick client.

*We run a UV light air and surface cleaner every night.

*Salon is equipped with a true HEPA filter to remove small Germs and Virsus from circulation.

Refunds: All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

Right to Refuse Service: Above & Beyond reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or clients.

Return Policy: We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of the original purchase. No cash value is given and an in-salon credit will be issued.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice.

If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you must reschedule your appointment.  Reschedule will be determined

 by your stylist.

Arrive at your appointment 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

No Show Policy: Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. If you have a no-show for a 2 or more hour appointment. You will be required to make a deposit of $20 per hour before you will be permitted to book any more appointments at Above & Beyond.
